Due to the pharmaceutical nature of most of our products, returns are not accepted once the product has been opened or used, or if the original factory seal has been broken.
Returns will be accepted only in cases where the product or its shipping packaging arrives damaged or an evidence is sent that the product does not work as expected. To be eligible for a return, the claim must be made within 30 days of receiving the order.
Once the return is approved, the customer will receive a 100% refund of the purchase amount, with no shipping or handling fees deducted.
